TO THE MOVE MENTOR ACADEMY

The Move Mentor Academy is a place where two elements combine. Justin and his team offer functional strength and mobility training together with purposeful and beneficial guidance in establishing a positive mindset.

Justin worked in the futures industry for 25 years, giving him great insight into business and relationships. His incomparable ability to mentor traders and successfully operate a business came after many years spent broking and trading financial markets. Justin truly understands the stresses of a high pressure work environment. Through his adult mentoring programs, his leadership has assisted many people navigate the work/life balance through a wholistic approach which uses fitness at its very core.

In addition, Justin has been heavily involved with leadership and coaching positions in and around junior sport. It is here where he found common ground. helping adolescent males achieve their desired goals. 

​

Justin believes in an active body and mind. His passion is helping others achieve this through fitness.

​

He equally engages with coaching executive clients as passionately as he does with coaching junior sport players by curating plans for each and every person ranging from adults to adolescents.

At The Move Mentor Academy, we believe in a seamless combination of resistance training and functional movement.

Throughout your training, we will guide you through a weighted resistance exercise program in addition to dynamic bodyweight movements. This progressive program ensures a balance between muscle sustainability and everyday functionality.

 

In adolescents, we focus on technique, not weight. It is widely recognised that resistance training with proper technique and strict supervision is most beneficial. We believe that strengthening the core – with a focus on the abdominal region, lower back and glutes – is also highly beneficial for this age group. Given this, we deliver unique programs tailored to this age group with a combination of resistance exercises that also benefits functional movement, including boxing drills and skills.
