OUR TRAINING OPTIONS

At The Move Mentor Academy we offer a range of sessions to suite your needs. All our sessions including functional strength and mobility training, together with purposeful and beneficial guidance in establishing a positive mindset.

You can choose from sessions inside The Move Mentor Hub (in Middle Cove, Sydney) where you will find state of the art resistance equipment including Cable machines, Olympic Squat rack, Smith machine, and a wide range of free weights, as well as our Cardiovascular range (Treadmill, Ski Erg, Rowing Erg, and Air bike).   Or if you prefer an outdoor group session you will find us in Willoughby Park on Sunday mornings, with dedicated sessions for both adults and kids.

All sessions will be conducted by Head Coach, Justin Williams, who comes with a rich history in strength and mobility training along with psychological coaching methods that will assist in the natural progression of body and mind.  

​

Beginners are most welcome along with the most established of gym goers.  All sessions must be booked and paid for online through the links below.

SEMI - PRIVATE
TRAINING

Group of 2 or 3 – resistance training, functional movement and cardio-vascular exercises

Grab a mate or 2 and join our Head Coach, Justin at the The Move Mentor hub.

As a group, you will perform weighted lifts and movements that see benefits in muscle maintenance and development, as well as the execution of functional exercises and cardio that will benefit your everyday activity.

 

Justin coaches’ individuals with all levels of experience. Beginners are most welcome along with the most established of gym goers.

Sessions available Monday to Friday 5am to 7.30pm or Saturday mornings. Secure your spots by following the links below.

INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE TRAINING

A one on one coaching session, involving a combination of resistance training, functional movement and cardio-vascular exercises

Conducted by Head Coach, Justin, in our state of the art strength and mentoring hub. Over the 55 minute session you will perform weighted lifts and movements that see benefits in muscle maintenance and development, as well as the execution of functional exercises and some cardio that will benefit your everyday activity. 

 

Justin coaches individuals with all levels of experience. Beginners are welcome along with the most established of gym goers.

SATURDAY SWEAT SESSION

A fast 50 min cardio blast to wash the week away. Join 2 others in a small group of 3 for a high intensity, high sweat Saturday morning session.

Come on your own and join two others or bring 2 mates for this fast moving high intensity sweat session in The Move Mentor Hub. Head Coach, Justin, will guide you through a fast  50 mins of high intensity training. We use a range of different cardio equipment including treatmill, ski erg, rower and the assault bike combined with ropes, kettle bells and boxing drills to get the most out of the session.

Sessions available Saturday morning 6.30am or 7.30am. Individual bookings required. Secure your spots by following the links below.
